KERAMIDA conducted a Scope 1, 2, and 3 gap analysis of BHN’s existing Scope 1, 2, and 3 data, identifying areas of improvement in the GHG accounting principles of relevance, completeness, consistency, transparency, and accuracy, according to the GHG Protocol standards. KERAMIDA developed a GHG inventory improvement plan for BHN to improve data quality in future years and also developed a PowerBi data analytics dashboard for BHN to utilize. The Scope 1, 2, and 3 inventory developed by KERAMIDA then served as the baseline for BHN’s Decarbonization Plan.
