The largest construction company in the United States hired KERAMIDA’s Climate Services team to develop a Sustainability Management Plan for a multibillion-dollar mega infrastructure project undertaken by LA Metro in Los Angeles, California.

KERAMIDA assisted the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) with a range of environmental services over several years to facilitate the sale of a property and development by Infosys Limited (Infosys). The property consisted of former surface parking areas, rental car facilities, and a multi-level parking garage for the old airport. The rental car facilities included two active LUST facilities along with other previously closed UST and LUST facilities.

KERAMIDA was contracted by the California State Auditor’s Office to provide expertise on sustainability planning and policy development for infrastructure projects in support of the State Auditor’s audit of the efficiency and efficacy of the policies and practices employed by the California High Speed Rail Authority, which is currently constructing the largest infrastructure project in the U.S.

KERAMIDA worked as a member of the CHA Team, on the credentialing of “Runway 5L-23R & Taxiway B Rehabilitation (IAA Project No. I–20–062)” by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure’s (ISI) Envision Rating System, version 3.

KERAMIDA performed a complex and multi-faceted Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of a vacant, multi-parcel site which had formerly been used for agricultural purposes, had wetlands on-site, and had experienced a nearby petroleum spill.
