Joanne joins us as a Business Development Manager, bringing more than two decades of experience in sustainability, EHS, and client relationship management. With a track record of leading high-impact ESG initiatives, driving strategic partnerships, and building purpose-driven programs, Joanne is a fantastic addition to our growing team.

Prior to KERAMIDA, she played a key role in developing sustainability reports, CDP and EcoVadis submissions, and engaging more than 50 employees across corporate sustainability and community programs. Joanne is known as a true connector — someone who turns challenges into opportunities and builds lasting client relationships rooted in shared goals.

We’re thrilled to have her on board as we continue delivering smart, effective solutions across the EHS and sustainability landscape.
