KERAMIDA is proud to share that Erica Skowron, M.S., Senior Manager, Sustainability and Maddy Osswald, MBA, Vice President of Operations, Sustainability served as co-authors of the 2025 Green Sports Alliance Energy Playbook, which was launched today!
This year’s Playbook is a vital resource designed to help sports organizations develop and implement sustainability strategies that reduce risk, drive innovation, cut costs, and enhance brand value. It provides actionable guidance for teams, venues, and leagues working to integrate energy efficiency and climate-forward thinking into their operations.
Erica and Maddy lead KERAMIDA’s Sustainable Sports Strategies team, an expert group led by former collegiate and professional athletes that delivers innovative, measurable solutions in the areas of carbon, energy, water, waste, supply chain, and the built environment. Their contributions to the Energy Playbook reflect not only their individual expertise but also KERAMIDA’s commitment to advancing climate leadership across the sports industry.
