/Covered establishments must electronically submit their 2026 injury and illness data through OSHA's Injury Tracking Application (ITA) by March 2, 2027. For most, that means the Form 300A summary. February 1 to April 30, 2027: Post the certified 2026 Form 300A at each establishment, where employee notices are normally posted. This applies to every establishment required to keep OSHA injury records, whether or not you must submit electronically, and even if there were no recordable cases.
