KERAMIDA provides comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance support to a confidential Aerospace Defense Contractor.
EHS Compliance Audit
The project began with an EHS compliance audit to assess the facility’s current compliance status and identify any gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Two KERAMIDA professionals with expertise in environmental and health and safety compliance conducted the audit, reviewing site conditions, documentation, and programs. Following the audit, KERAMIDA prepared a written summary of findings and recommendations to guide ongoing compliance efforts.
K-Port Compliance Calendar
Since completing the initial audit, we have developed and maintain an electronic compliance calendar that integrates the facility’s environmental regulatory obligations into KERAMIDA’s K-Port, our secure, cloud-based Client Services Portal. Through K-Port, the facility efficiently manages tasks, inspections, and documentation.
Ongoing On-Site EHS Support
KERAMIDA also provides recurring on-site EHS support, performing inspections, data reviews, safety walks, training, and general compliance assistance. Additional services include preparing and submitting required annual and quarterly regulatory reports, as well as on-call support for day-to-day compliance needs and interactions with the regulatory agency. KERAMIDA assists with environmental permit management, including preparing renewal applications, drafting and supporting permit modifications, and maintaining permit-related documentation. We also support waste coordination and management activities, such as obtaining waste profiles, sampling waste streams, and coordinating disposal logistics with the facility’s waste hauler. In addition, KERAMIDA collects routine wastewater and stormwater samples to support ongoing compliance with discharge and monitoring requirements. This ongoing partnership helps ensure sustained compliance and a strong EHS culture across the facility’s operations.
