Peggy Murphy, Ph.D.

Peggy Murphy, Ph.D., led North America sustainability at Kimberly-Clark and has more than 25 years of experience in sustainability strategy and goal setting. At Kimberly-Clark, she worked with Greenpeace and WWF to change the fiber sourcing strategy behind Kimberly-Clark's product lines. She later spent four years as Global VP of Sustainability at BDP (now PSA BDP), a Philadelphia-based global logistics company, where she built its sustainability program from the start, including the development of a customer-facing Scope 3 transportation GHG emissions reporting tool for customers. She holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.

Heather Loebner

Heather Loebner has led Sustainability & ESG strategies at Kuehne+Nagel, CircleIT, and ArcelorMittal. Her more than 25 years of experience have earned her credibility from the C-Suite to the shop floor, NGOs to Wall Street. Heather has stood up sustainability functions, delivered resilient supply chains, and designed stakeholder engagement frameworks, consistently creating business value and managing enterprise risk. In her role at Kuehne+Nagel, Heather scaled low-carbon commercial transportation solutions across a 400,000-customer portfolio, delivering ~35% carbon reductions against customers’ emission reduction aims. She developed scenario planning to scale electric vehicles and other clean tech solutioning, as well as reduced plastics within the value chain. At ArcelorMittal, five consecutive U.S. EPA Energy Star Partner of the Year Awards were earned. She created Sustain Our Great Lakes, a public-private partnership, which, to date, has delivered more than $350 million in on-the-ground conservation impact. Heather has a background in delivering results in a variety of blue-chip companies, including HSBC and PwC. Heather holds a Master’s from the University of Illinois.

Eric Ostern is an enterprise strategy and transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of ESG impact, commercial priorities, and operating-model design. Eric spent 18 years at Unilever, most recently as the Global Head of Sustainability for Beauty & Wellbeing, advancing climate and packaging priorities across the value chain. Throughout his Unilever tenure, Eric led high-impact enterprise sustainability initiatives, which included designing an innovative cross-sector partnership model that delivered positive business and social impact in growth markets, architecting a global sales strategy to commercialize sustainability with retail customers, and directing the launch of the Sustainable Living Plan across the Americas, mobilizing a regional network and managing external stakeholder relationships. Eric began his career in Corporate Affairs, where he led programs and partnerships at a Fortune 100 consumer goods company, establishing an early blueprint for his long-standing ESG focus. Eric now serves as Principal of Convergence Consulting. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
