KERAMIDA Welcomes Cira Yin as a Sustainability Analyst

KERAMIDA is pleased to welcome Cira Yin to the Team as a Sustainability Analyst.

Cira joins KERAMIDA after previously serving as a Sustainability Analyst Intern with the firm over the summer, where she supported data-driven sustainability and climate-related projects.

Cira earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where she has a strong academic record. She brings a background in finance and analytics, with professional experience in audit, financial analysis, and data modeling across global organizations. Her work includes developing automated data pipelines, building predictive models, and translating complex datasets into clear insights to support informed decision-making.

At KERAMIDA, Cira supports sustainability and climate initiatives through data analysis, greenhouse gas-related analytics, and sustainability-focused modeling and visualization. Her technical skill set includes Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and statistical and machine learning techniques, enabling her to contribute to robust, data-driven sustainability strategies for clients.

Cira’s return to KERAMIDA as a full-time team member reflects both her strong performance during her internship and her growing focus on applying advanced analytics to real-world sustainability challenges.
