KERAMIDA Welcomes Rachel McKinney to the Team

KERAMIDA is pleased to welcome Rachel McKinney to our team as an Environmental Manager.

Rachel brings more than 10 years of experience in environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory program management, supporting large-scale upstream and midstream operations. She has a strong background in air quality compliance, emissions tracking, and multi-state regulatory programs, with experience working directly with state and federal agencies.

Throughout her career, Rachel has led complex permitting and reporting efforts, managed high-volume compliance programs, and developed systems to improve accuracy and audit readiness. Her experience includes overseeing air compliance programs, supporting regulatory inspections, and managing environmental documentation across West Virginia and Ohio operations.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from West Virginia University and brings valuable technical expertise and practical experience to KERAMIDA’s environmental services team.
