KERAMIDA is excited to welcome J. Brock Herr, Esq., as our new Chief Strategy Officer.

Brock joins KERAMIDA with more than a decade of executive leadership experience in strategic growth, business development, government affairs & economic development, and negotiated transactions. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Business Development at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC), he led initiatives that brought more than $57 billion in capital investments to the state, helping establish Indiana as a hub for advanced manufacturing, clean energy, and technology infrastructure.

At KERAMIDA, Brock will play a key role in advancing our mission to deliver smart solutions in sustainability, environmental, health & safety, and engineering services for our clients globally. His deep understanding of complex regulatory environments, site selection, and large-scale project development aligns seamlessly with KERAMIDA’s commitment to helping clients achieve compliance, resiliency, and sustainable economic growth.
