We’re excited to welcome Faythe Missick, MA, MSc, Senior Manager, Sustainability to the team.

Join us in welcoming Faythe Missick as KERAMIDA’s Senior Manager of Sustainability! Faythe brings deep expertise in ESG strategy, reporting, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as CSRD, IFRS, CDP, GRI, and SASB.

With a strong background in ESG program transformation, stakeholder engagement, and third-party assurance, Faythe has helped global companies advance their sustainability performance and reporting maturity. She holds two master’s degrees in Sustainability and International Politics and was recently recognized with the 2024 Young Outstanding Alumni Award from Eastern Illinois University.

We’re thrilled to have her on board as we continue helping clients navigate the evolving ESG landscape with confidence and clarity.
