We are pleased to announce that Cindy Madrick has joined KERAMIDA as Vice President of Business Development.

In this role, Cindy will support both client relations and business development, helping us deepen relationships with existing clients while also expanding our reach to new partners and markets.

Cindy brings more than three decades of experience in EPA and OSHA regulatory compliance, due diligence, quality systems, sustainability management, and merger and acquisition support. She has worked extensively with mid-market industrial clients and has served as a key liaison for Japanese and Asian-owned enterprises across North America.

Cindy is known for her practical approach and her ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable strategies. Her expertise and leadership strengthen our ability to deliver high-value solutions to our partners while building strong, trust-based partnerships across industries.
