KERAMIDA Welcomes Our 2025 Summer Interns to our Indianapolis, IN, and Carnegie, PA, offices!

KERAMIDA is proud to welcome a group of talented students to our 2025 Summer Internship Program! These interns bring diverse backgrounds and skill sets, and they'll be gaining valuable, hands-on experience alongside our technical teams in sustainability, data analytics, and engineering.

Jack Moriarty is joining us from the University of Pennsylvania, where he is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering. He will be interning at our Indianapolis headquarters, working under Tiffany Smith, Senior Project Manager, EHS Services. Originally from Fishers, IN, Jack is entering his sophomore year and enjoys rock climbing and volleyball in his spare time.

Shaina Miller, a senior at Ball State University, is studying Political Science with a Pre-Law designation and minors in Sustainability and History. She will be interning at our Indianapolis headquarters, working under Jake Brehmer, Project Manager, Air and Compliance Engineering Services. A native of Evansville, IN, Shaina is passionate about the outdoors and brings past experience as a Boundary Waters Canoe Guide. When she’s not outside, she enjoys painting and cooking.

Rachel Schwab, a sophomore studying Biological Engineering at Purdue University, is also from Indianapolis, IN. She will be interning at our Indianapolis headquarters, working under Tiffany Smith, Senior Project Manager, EHS Services. In her free time, Rachel enjoys running, baking, and spending time outdoors.

Jackson Gray, a senior at Purdue University majoring in Industrial Engineering with a minor in AI, joins us from Indianapolis, IN. He will be interning at our Indianapolis headquarters, working under Nick McCreary, Senior Vice President, Sustainability. Jackson is passionate about creative projects, amateur music production, and restoring vintage technology.

Cira (Xinyan) Yin, a graduate student at the University of Southern California (USC), is studying Business Analytics. She is joining the firm this summer as a Sustainability Data Analyst Graduate Intern, working under Erica Skowron, Senior Manager, Sustainability. Originally from Beijing, China, Cira enjoys cooking new recipes and hosting laid-back dinner parties.

Seraphina Callaghan is an Environmental Engineering major at Saint Francis University with a minor in Civil Engineering. She will be interning at our Carnegie office, supporting KERAMIDA’s Oil & Gas Engineering team. Seraphina brings hands-on experience from research projects ranging from manganese removal in water to helium ballooning for atmospheric data collection. Seraphina has also contributed to cemetery surveying with International Paper and water quality assessments across Pennsylvania. On campus, she’s active in the Society of Women Engineers and Environmental Action Society, and previously served as a lifeguard manager for the Beaver County YMCA.
