INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — August 2026 — KERAMIDA is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike J. Lancioni as President, effective September 2026.

Lancioni brings more than 35 years of consulting and executive leadership experience, with a career focused on strategic growth, operations, client relationships and business development, organizational leadership, and mergers and acquisitions.

Lancioni, an IU graduate, previously served as President & Senior Principal of Cardno/JFNew for over 20 years, where he led a multidisciplinary environmental consulting business of approximately 1,200 professionals across 75 offices in North America.
