KERAMIDA Joins USGBC Indiana Women in Green Panel

KERAMIDA's Emilee O'Neill joins Indiana's green building community for a conversation on leadership and resilience.

On July 9, KERAMIDA was proud to sponsor the USGBC Indiana Women in Green: Resilient by Design event in Indianapolis, where our Vice President of Sustainability Strategy & Reporting, Emilee O'Neill, joined a distinguished panel of industry leaders to discuss what resilience means in the work we do.

Their conversation explored resilience from multiple perspectives, from the technical work that strengthens our physical built environment to the personal resilience it takes to stay motivated and energized in the face of complex sustainability challenges. The panel reflected on how curiosity and courage are essential for continuing to push the boundaries and drive meaningful progress.

One idea stood out throughout the discussion: while the challenges we face are global, the solutions begin locally. By taking action in our communities and workplaces, we create the institutional change needed to build a more resilient and livable future.

Thank you to USGBC Indiana for bringing together such an inspiring group of leaders and changemakers. Together, we're showing that resilience is not just about adapting. It is about taking action where we can make the greatest impact.
