Meet Donovan Wilczynski, Director of Construction Services at KERAMIDA! With over 15 years of experience as a Geologist and a Certified Erosion, Sediment & Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI). Donovan is a key member of our Compliance team. He holds a B.S. in Geology from Ball State University and has been with KERAMIDA since 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise to our company.
Before joining KERAMIDA, Donovan served as the INDOT Environmental Manager, completing trainings in Storm Water Management, Categorical Exclusion (CE), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Program.
Donovan's responsibilities at KERAMIDA include managing personnel for stormwater inspections, providing NPDES stormwater permitting assistance, supporting MS4 programs and compliance, and overseeing stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) design.
In addition to his compliance work, Donovan plays a vital role in our Business Development Team, leveraging his exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with people. It's worth noting that he is also an AI artist, showcasing his diverse expertise and interests.
