KERAMIDA Congratulates Rick Cater on Earning His MBA with Honors
/
KERAMIDA is proud to celebrate Rick Cater, Design Engineering Manager, EUE Department, on completing his MBA in Organizational Leadership from Youngstown State University, with honors and a 4.0 GPA.
Rick began pursuing his MBA before joining KERAMIDA, and the company was glad to support him along the way as he balanced his studies with his role leading Design Engineering for the EUE Department. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Rick brings strong project leadership to his team's work, and this achievement, honors and a 4.0 GPA, reflects the same dedication and drive he brings to that role every day.
“Rick has always been strong on the technical side, but now he brings a sharp business perspective to projects and planning. That means our clients get not only an engineer who gets the technical details right, but also someone who looks out for their bottom line.”
Please join us in congratulating Rick for this wonderful achievement.
