KERAMIDA Expands California Leadership with Donald Ning as Senior Engineering & Compliance Manager

Donald Ning, M.S., MBA, Senior Engineering & Compliance Manager, KERAMIDA Inc.

KERAMIDA is pleased to announce that Donald Ning, M.S., MBA, has joined the firm as Senior Engineering & Compliance Manager, strengthening our engineering and regulatory capabilities across California.

Based in Sacramento, Donald brings more than a decade of experience leading water treatment, environmental remediation, and compliance projects in the United States and internationally. His background includes process engineering for wastewater treatment and soil and groundwater remediation, advanced oxidation technologies, membrane systems, emerging contaminant treatment, regulatory compliance, and full lifecycle project management.

In his role at KERAMIDA, Donald leads engineering, environmental, and compliance projects throughout California, directs permitting and regulatory efforts (including CEQA/NEPA and state and local permitting), and provides compliance oversight for construction and operations. He also supports strategic growth initiatives, expanding client relationships and strengthening KERAMIDA’s presence in the California market.

Donald holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from International Technological University. He is a California Certified FE (EIT) and is pursuing his Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
