KERAMIDA is leading a large-scale energy audit initiative to help nonprofits across the Washington, D.C. region identify and implement meaningful energy savings. More than 30 subrecipients of a Department of Energy (DOE) grant are receiving comprehensive on-site energy audits, supported by detailed financial and technical analyses to determine their most cost-effective opportunities.
KERAMIDA’s clean energy experts are drawing on their expertise to guide the highest-potential projects through funding, subcontractor selection, and construction oversight, ensuring that measures are implemented effectively and sustainably. In addition, KERAMIDA is providing rigorous post-implementation measurement and verification, giving subrecipients clear documentation of their realized energy savings and long-term cost reductions.
