Mr. Johnson brings over 15 years of experience across the energy, gas, electric, construction, and technology sectors. He is known for steady leadership, practical problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively with contractors, clients, project teams, and regulatory agencies. His background includes both hands-on field work as an Engineering Inspector and senior-level environmental compliance and permitting support on federally funded and high-profile projects.

As Vice President of AI and Technology Solutions Services at KERAMIDA, Justin leads the development and delivery of technology and AI-driven solutions that help clients improve the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of their environmental and compliance work. He focuses on practical tools that strengthen project delivery, data accuracy, and reporting while supporting stronger environmental outcomes across multiple sectors. Alongside this role, Justin continues to provide natural resources permitting and environmental compliance support for a natural gas and electric utility operating across six states. As Natural Resources Permitting Coordinator, he develops and implements environmental policies and procedures, prepares and obtains permits from federal, state, and local agencies, and serves as a technical liaison between permitting, construction, and regulatory stakeholders.

Earlier at KERAMIDA, as Director of Technology Operations, Justin supported program management through technology solutions, helping analyze systems, maintain operational stability, and keep planning, production, and quality on track across internal teams and client projects.

Before joining KERAMIDA, Justin worked as an Engineering Technician for Clark County Public Works in Vancouver, Washington, performing inspections of development and federally funded capital projects, including utility, right-of-way, and stormwater facilities. He also served earlier as a Technical Technician with the Washington State Department of Transportation, supporting inspections and technical work on transportation and utility construction projects.
