Mike Lancioni
President
Mike Lancioni is President of KERAMIDA, bringing more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in the environmental, engineering, and professional services industries. He is responsible for helping guide the firm’s strategic growth, operational performance, client development, and organizational effectiveness. Throughout his career, Mr. Lancioni has focused on building and growing consulting businesses, developing high-performing leadership teams, expanding client relationships, integrating acquisitions, and positioning organizations for long-term growth.
Prior to joining KERAMIDA, Mr. Lancioni served as President of Cardno’s Science & Environment Division, one of North America’s largest environmental consulting platforms, where he had executive responsibility for approximately $250 million in annual revenue, 1,200 professionals, and 75 offices across North America. He led growth and operational strategy across infrastructure, transportation, energy, environmental, industrial, and federal markets and played a significant role in the integration of multiple acquired consulting businesses. He also served on the executive leadership team supporting the successful sale and integration of Cardno’s North American consulting operations to Stantec in 2021.
Following Cardno, Mr. Lancioni held senior executive and strategic growth roles with national environmental and engineering consulting firms, leading business development, client growth, and market expansion initiatives across the environmental, infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors.
Mr. Lancioni is the founder of Evergreen Associates, LLC, which serves as the platform for his leadership work and forthcoming book, Never Daunted: Leadership Lessons from Indiana Football, Ted Lasso, and the Long Game of Culture. Drawing on more than three decades of executive leadership experience, Never Daunted explores culture, belief, accountability, resilience, relationships, and organizational transformation, with a focus on the principles that build and sustain high-performing organizations.
A lifelong Hoosier and graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Mr. Lancioni has remained active in civic, educational, and community leadership throughout his career.
