Mike Lancioni

President

Mike Lancioni is President at KERAMIDA, bringing more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in the environmental consulting industry. He is responsible for guiding the firm’s strategic growth, operational performance, and client development initiatives, drawing on a career built around leading complex, multi-office professional services organizations through operational transformation, acquisition integration, and sustained enterprise growth. 

Prior to joining KERAMIDA, Mr. Lancioni served as President of Cardno’s Science & Environment Division, one of North America’s largest environmental consulting platforms, where he held full executive responsibility for approximately $250 million in annual revenue, 1,200 professionals, and 75 offices across North America. During his tenure, he directed national growth and operational strategy across the infrastructure, transportation, energy, environmental, and federal markets; led the integration of multiple acquired consulting businesses; and supported major transportation and infrastructure programs for state departments of transportation, municipalities, utilities, and federal agencies throughout the Midwest and nationally. He also served as a member of the executive leadership team supporting the successful sale of Cardno to Stantec in 2021. 

Following his tenure at Cardno, Mr. Lancioni served as Director, Strategic Growth at SWCA Environmental Consultants and Senior Director, Environmental Services at Atwell, LLC, leading national and regional business development and market expansion initiatives across the infrastructure, environmental, energy, and industrial consulting markets. In 2014, he founded Evergreen Associates, LLC, a strategic advisory firm serving environmental, engineering, infrastructure, and professional services organizations, where he advises founders, CEOs, executive teams, boards, and private equity investors on growth strategy, operational performance, leadership development, and acquisition integration. He is currently authoring Never Daunted, a forthcoming leadership book exploring culture, belief, accountability, and organizational transformation. 

Mr. Lancioni began his career in environmental consulting with Jackson Engineering before serving as President and Co-Owner of Robinson & Associates, Inc., a civil and environmental consulting firm he helped build into a trusted regional provider before successfully negotiating its sale to a larger competitor. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public & Environmental Affairs (Management) from Indiana University – Bloomington and is active in civic and community leadership, including service as a Town Council Member for the Town of Michiana Shores, Indiana.
