KERAMIDA Welcomes Albert Chung, Ph.D., P.E. to California EHS Compliance Division

KERAMIDA is pleased to announce that Albert Chung, Ph.D., P.E. will be joining our expanding L.A. office as a Senior Project Manager of Compliance Services on March 7. Dr. Chung has over ten years of experience in chemical and environmental engineering. His focus is on air quality compliance, greenhouse gas emissions, plant process analysis, air quality permitting, and energy efficiency projects for clients in various industries.

Dr. Chung is familiar with the EPA/CARB Electronic Greenhouse Gas Reporting Tool (e-GGRT), CARB Compliance Instrument Tracking System (CITSS), CARB Hotspots Analysis Reporting Software (HARP), SCAQMD Annual Emissions Reporting Software (AER), EPA TRI-MEweb Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) submittal software, and Air Dispersion Modeling (AERMOD) software.

In addition to being a registered professional engineer, Mr. Chung is an Air Resources Board (ARB) Greenhouse Gas Lead Verifier, Process Emissions Accredited, H-12-032.

Mr. Chung received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin; a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis; a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles; and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
