It is our pleasure to announce that KERAMIDA will grant a 3 week paid Maternity and Paternity leave for the birth or adoption of a child. The 3 week leave can be taken in any increments and at any intervals within the first year since the birth/adoption event. The availability of short-term disability for mothers will remain the same for time past the 3 week paid leave. This policy is retroactive to all employees who became parents since January 1, 2017.
Our goal is to support all new parents who work for KERAMIDA, and this new policy has been met with much appreciation from our employees.
