Custom E-Learning Environmental Foreman Training Courses for Major Power Company

Project Details:

KERAMIDA developed and delivered seven state-specific, customized online training courses on Utility Distribution Best Management Practices (BMPs) for a leading U.S. power company.

These 8-hour courses provide environmental foremen and contractor personnel with a comprehensive overview of Erosion and Sediment (E&S) Control BMPs required for gas and electric utility distribution projects in each state. Training materials explain when and where each practice should be applied, how it is constructed or installed, and the maintenance steps necessary to remain compliant with state and federal permits and regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate valid for two years.

Designed for accessibility across multiple devices, the courses allow contractors to complete training anytime and anywhere. Integrated tracking and reporting tools enable both the client and contractor companies to monitor completion rates and maintain consistent compliance standards.

Following the successful launch of the original 2022–2023 course series, KERAMIDA continues to update and release revised versions every two years to reflect evolving state and federal regulatory changes.
