Commissioners approved a contract between the county and Keramida Inc., an Indianapolis-based company, for environmental consulting services.

Under the contract, which is not to exceed $6,400, Keramida will conduct an air-quality study for the county.

Results of the study will help determine the impact on air quality of any future development in the county, and whether such development meets standards set by the state and federal governments.
