Changes in TRI Reporting Rules Limit the Use of Form A's

There have been recent changes in the TRI (Form R) reporting rules that may change how you report this year.

Form R reports are due July 1 of every year. On March 11, 2009 the EPA limited the ability of facilities to report using the alternate Form A, which is a shorter and streamlined version of the Form R. For several years the eligibility for using the Form A had been broadened. (more)
