KERAMIDA Member of First U.S. Commercial Delegation to China

KERAMIDA was invited by the U.S. Department of Commerce to be a member of the first U.S. Commercial Delegation to China.

Dr. Vicky Keramida, KERAMIDA's President & CEO, traveled to China in October 2004 for two weeks of marathon meetings with Chinese Government officials and representatives from the private sector. The U.S. Delegation also included four U.S. manufacturers and a university. The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Embassy in China organized over 30 very successful meetings for KERAMIDA and the other Delegation members in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai.

Dr. Keramida also gave a talk in Shanghai on "Cleaner Production and Environmental Management: U.S. Policies and Best Practices."
