Keep Indianapolis Beautiful - A Monumental Affair 2009

KIB recognizes the significant achievements in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, engineering and construction, public art and development, and honors and encourages those who have contributed to the quality of life through the enhancement and beautification of Marion County's visual and physical environment. The Monumental Award, representing the most significant visual and physical enhancement in Marion County, is selected by community and professional leaders.

Sustainability was highlighted at the event with keynote speaker, Dr. Randall Howard. He spoke about the university's geothermal project, which is the largest of it's kind in the US. KERAMIDA was a sponsor of this event.
